Kanban Art Deco

Sitting here looking at out the awful rain and wind.....and it's summer!
Was asked to make a Sister-in-law card that was 'bright' so what girl doesn't like PINK....

The image is one from the Kanban range of Art Deco lady toppers, backing paper is from the Basic Grey Two Scoops range, large EK success Retro flower punch, silver leaves, and a rose in the middle of the retro flower. I've used my favourite Cuttlebug flower die to put the sentiment on, Prima flowers and a feather have also been used as embellishments.
Hope she likes the card.

Patchwork Birthday card....

One of the girls from our patchwork group has a birthdy next week so I have made a card for her from all the girls in our group.
My friend Karen very kindly lent me her stamp set from Local King Rubber stamps which had everything I needed on the plate.
The flower is one of the Cuttlebug dies and the sentiment is from SU Circle Friendship stamp set, the needles and cotton reel top is from a Tim Holtz sheet of DoDads.

Meet Delia.........

Meet Delia my new bear, finally finished her today.....gosh did she take some stuffing...hee..hee

I have decided to called her Delia after the our friend Dee who was the lady who taught us how to make her. I'm so pleased with her but need to get some wider ribbon to go around her neck that matches her bow but just popped this netting on for the time being as I wanted to show her off......

Dreamy Willow

This is one of my new Whiff of Joy rubber stamps called 'Dreamy Willow' just had to make a card this afternoon using her.
Backing paper is from my 'stash'. Green Tea and Prima flowers have been used along with the new 'spacers' that I bought at Newbury and coloured Paper Mania pearly brads have been put in the centres.
Right 'tidy up time' now....

Another Christmas card...

My friend Janet and I had a crafting day yesterday trying out some of the 'goodies' that we had bought at Newbury last week.
For this card we used one of the stamps from the Create-a-scene set by Creative Expressions that Janet had bought, we used one of the Distress inks 'Black Soot' to colour the image in, we also glittered the image but unfortunately that doesn't show up very well. The decorative corners are 'waste' from a cuttlebug corner die and of course we have used the SU oval punches AGAIN with a computor generated message in the centre.
