Back in the craft room.....

Our grandchildren were delivered home safe and sound yesterday afternoon....we've had a great week with them and have done things everyday.  One of the places we did visit was the Hawk Conservatory, Andover, just off the A303...what a fabulous place and the bird displays were amazing, such a great day out..

Just wanted to use my Cheery Lynne Mexican Tile die that has sat on my desks for a weeks unused......I also found this little Kingfisher image from one of Jane Netley Mayhew's CD....I've had to cut him down quite a bit to fit in the centre of the die.

I hope to have a quick look around blog land later to see what you've all been up to...

Kingfisher...

Do you sometimes get to the stage where your working space on your desk gets so small you just have to clear it all away?  Thats when I found this lovely image from one of Janye Netley Mayhews CD's, these sort of images a also great for mens cards, I have done one for a man which I will post later in the week.
A few months ago in our craft club we played with inks making backgrounds, and the embossed panel on the right is one that I had done, inking and then spritzing with Glimmer Mist before using an embossing folder,  you can get some amazing results just playing around. The inked embossing foler is one of the Cuttlebug folders and the other side is one of the SU folders.
Using the SU Top Note die  mounted my kingfisher image onto it and just added a bit of ribbon and a Martha Stewart butterfly which I've glittered
Entering into the following challenge..

Thanks for stopping by...
