Mermaid.....

Many years ago before all the craft shops popped up I used to used fabric to make cards with and this was some of the fabric, ...the fabric is glued onto the card then cut out.  The background is alcohol inks on acetate with tissue paper, glitter and crystal lacquer, we did it a few years ago at our club night  its very effective and fun to do...the photograph doesnt do it justice as it is very sparkly...the die is a willow branch die I found on the net unbranded....

Hope you all have a good weekend

This is such a pretty card Anne and I love your sweet mermaid. There is such a lot of beautiful texture and colour, and the die cut branches look great for underwater weeds, and love the added fish, starfish and shell embellishments too. x

This is a stunning creating and the colours are just perfect. I’ve never used alcohol inks but they always look fabulous. This is a work of art that definitely needs to be framed x
