Little bit of Vintage...

A really quick card today, I used this lovely image before  but she was already mounted on the oval die cut so found some pretty papers and popped her on a card.

The grandchildren on still on holiday for another week so no time to craft, plus when I went to Shepton Mallet craft show last week I treated myself to a new sewing machine which arrives today so guess any spare time I get I will be 'playing' with that.

Our youngest grandson who is 6 learn't to ride his ride a couple of days ago and he was so pleased he had 'cracked it' then I received a photograph from my daughter showing me a picture of him outside A nd E with his arm in a sling!   !  BUT  it wasn't that he'd fallen off his bike he had fallen off his scooter so another broken arm, last time it was his left arm...boys!!

The weather is still nice down here in Somerset albeit a little cooler but the sun is still shining...

A truly vintage image and what a pretty card. Sorry to hear about the 'wounded soldier', hope it isn't too serious.

Yes, it has been another lovely day today Anne. I hope you enjoy playing with your new sewing machine too. This card is prettily vintage, and I love the brown ink round the frame and the pretty flowery paper in the background. x

Poor little tyke, breaking his arm. They are so cute at that age. So, Anne, what are you planning to make with your new sewing machine. Mine is nearly 30yrs old and still going. Made a lot of clothing with it now have stopped sewing. Love your delightful vintage card, she is so cute.xx ♥[aNNie]

Your card is so beautiful, Anne. Love the vintage image and oval frame and looks so pretty with the flowery background.

Sorry to hear about your grandson. Yes, boys do tend to get hurt often when they are little. Hope his arm heals fast.

Have fun with your sewing machine. Always great to have new toys to play with! xx
