Christmas Tree Oh Christmas Tree...

Most of my Christmas cards this year and going to be simple and quite flat so they can go 2nd class post so when I saw this little 'Freebie' Christmas Tree die on a craft magazine I thought it would be nice to use on one of my cards.

The card it only 5 x 5 so the Mexican Tile die fitted nicely, just used a back mat behind the die, cut out my Christmas tree in glitter card and put on a black mat,  added a few red pearls and that was my card finished...very quick and simple....

You've certainly made effective use of the freebie die it goes so well with that tile die (shame it seems to be out of stock everywhere).

Lovely card Anne - really effective. Think you might have to give up the pearls (unless they are very flat!) as cards don't normally go through the posting slot with them on.......worth checking.
