Look what the delivery man bought....

What a lovely surprise I had today...a large package arrived for me, I had no idea what it was and when told to go ahead and open it by my husband this is what I  found inside the box...the EBOSSER ...what a lovely man he is...and I honestly had no idea whatsoever... am I a lucky girl or what??

Well you can guess what I've been doing this afternoon....yes playing...I should have attacked the ironing but hey that will still be there tomorrow...

thanks for stopping by...

Anne

That is a very nice present, even more so if there is no birthday involved! That and some new SU goodies - how exciting. Look forward to seeing the results.

My lovely wife bought me one for Christmas, Anne, when I opened it I needed to use it right away, I embossed the leaflet that was in the box because I didn't have anything else to hand lol, I love mine, I hope you enjoy using yours.

Hello Anne,
SURPRISES ARE WONDERFUL AREN'T THEY?
I have one, and although it embosses beautifully, I don't like that is has only one Perspex(A)plate, when you use the diecut's, you have to place your materials on top and it becomes invisible. So if you want to place a diecut over a text or image precisely, it is difficult, the solution of course is to tape it in position before making your sandwich. And I do think it needs an override button, for when you make an error with your sandwich, sometimes it gets stuck in the machine, and the only way to remove it is to turn the machine off and give it a pull. And I personally would have liked a tray each side as you feed your sandwich through for more stability. But for the price it is a great machine, and it will serve you well for your projects.
Smiles :-)

What a lovely man you have Anne... I can't wait to see what you think of this cool new machine. So don't worry about the ironing just start playing so you can show us some of your wonderful work to make us ALL have to have one. I must say I think my husband would tell me to just order one as he is a sweet man to & always says whatever makes you happy.
Hugs, Janie
