Penny Black Challenge...

This weeks Penny Black challenge is 'Special Someone'.
I've used the 'Hedgehog Joy' stamp coloured it with pencils and chalks. Backing paper is from my stash. SU Ticket punch used on the corners of the stamped image, layered onto card and then onto card which has been punched along the bottom using SU eyelet punch.
Decorative lace 'lace' used down the side of the card, Prima Flower in the corner and mini Papermanis pearls added to the card. SU Oval punch also used. Just becuase I care sentiment comes from the SU set Best Yet.

Bah Humbug challenge...Baubles

Sadly this card didn't photograph very well.....This weeks Bah Humbug challenge is Baubles, didn't have an appropriate stamp so used the Hobby Art 'Ornate' flower to make a bauble. Stamped onto parchement and embossed using Jewelled Gold embossing powder which again doesn't show up very well. Put two of the flowers together and joined them using a Papermana brad. The sentiment is from the Su set Season of Joy.
The bauble backing paper was a scrap I had left in my christmas box so cant tell you who's it is.
Craftwork card candy used to finish the card off.

Baby Carriage....

Late posting today...but better late than never!
I know quite a few people who expecting babies this year (including one of my daughters!) so thought I had better make a start on some baby cards.
This stamp is by Rubber Stampede and is called 'Baby Carriage'. Stamped onto water colour paper and I have also used watercolours to keep the image 'soft'l layered the image onto pink and silver card.
Martha Stewart Lace border punch across the middle with some SU ribbon, daisy from stash. Backing paper and sentiments are from one of the Pebbles Inc. Share & Tell creative pads.

Oh So Lovely....

Just a quick post this morning.

This little stamp comes from the SU set 'Oh so lovely'. Stamped and coloured with polychromos pencils. Blue card and backing paper is also from SU.
Sentment comes from the SU 'Pocket Silhouettes' set then punched out using SU window punch with another blue piece behind it giving it a 'shadow' effect. Cuttlebug Swiss dots embossing folder also used for background.

Wild about You....

I'm really enjoying my new'Wild about you' set which I managed to buy on that well known auction site! Have stamped all the animals in SU inks, Certainly celery, Pretty in Pink and So Saffron the little bird was stamped in Pink Passion, have also used SU backing paper and card. Leaves punched using L-Em punch, SU oval punches and scallop border punch. Matching certainly celery ribbon used acriss the front of the card.
Think there will be a few more of these cards!!!

Bah Humbug challenge 3 - All that Glitters

Another challenge this time its Bah Humbug 'All that Glitters'.
I've used the little penquin stamp from SU 'Wild about you' set. Stamped him in black and then layered him onto black card, using the SU scallop circle punch punched this out using glitter card. Cuttlebug large snowflake die has also been cut out using glitter card and a brad placed in the centre.
'Cool Christmas' sentiment is by Elzbells, Martha Stewart Zig Zag punch used along the bottom of the card. Backing paper is SU designer Bashful Blue set.
