The girls over at Bah Humbug have given yet another great challenge and this week its LACE.
I've used the bauble from the Stampin Up set 'Comtempo Christmas', added a few sparkles to the Bauble and mounted it into nesties and then added lace around the edge.
Backing papers and punches are also from S.U. along with the sentiment. Just noticed that one of my gems has fallen off the bauble so had better go and replace it.
Picking the grandchildren up today so no crafting for me until next week end....hopefully the weather will be kind for the next week. There will be hopefully a couple of pre schedule posts but thats about it...

A Royal Visitor...
No card to show you today as I have been doing a craft workshop with my friend Jan. The workshop was for Carers and was held at Dillington House, Ilminister, Somerset which is set in beautiful grounds.
THe NHS trust arrange for the carers to have a day where they can normally choose 2 workshops of their choice, but today because we had a royal visitor The Princess Royal (Princess Anne) they only did one workshop. We were lucky enough to be the only workshop (Craft) that the Princess came into, she took time to speak to many of the carers and also to Jan and I.
The day ended with a lovely lunch and I hope that all the ladies in our workshop enjoyed the day and they all went home with a completed card and a bag.

4 cards from one stamp....
While making my Penny Black challenge card I thought I would make 3 other cards using the same stamp, these are the other 3 cards I've made. Some stamps are so versatile and this one certainly is.
Two of the penguins put together and mounted onto a nesties. Backing paper from stash.
SU star punch.
On this card I just cut the heads off two of the penquins and mounted them onto SU circle and scallop punches and pop them onto the SU Top Note die. Other punches used are SU oval and label punch, small holly punch. Backing paper is SU.
This little chap I've put on his own, mounted onto glitter card, placed onto a nesties. SU backing papers.
A few more Christmas cards to add to my pile..
Thanks for looking

A fabulous day.....
We had a fabulous Stampin Up day yesterday with Jenny Moors we did some great cards and lovely projects and here are a some that we made:
A lovely waterfall album
In the afternoon we were all given a set called 'Strength and Hope' which was ours to keep. WOW...what a beautiful set of stamps. we made three cards in total from this set and these are just two of the cards.
In the morning we also made this fabulous set using the owl punch which I think was so popular with all the ladies. How nice to have your own owl book mark to mark pages in your catalogue! Also a lovely money box to save your 'pennies' to buy MORE Stampin Up products.
We are trying to book a date to have a Christmas Stampin UP day and as soon as I have the date I will post it on my blog. If you want to have a fabulous day crafting then please come and join us and Jenny. Please go and check out Jenny's brilliant blog with so many beautiful cards and great inspirational ideas......Thank you Jenny from all of us you are such a clever and very talented lady.
Finally I have to 'thank' Sue Jenny's mum for looking after us by keeping us all supplied with tea and coffee also for the biscuits and beautiful cakes. Thank also to Michelle who made some of her 'yummy' Florentines which are great favourite with our club ladies. It certainly was a great day.
