Happy New Year - and taking time out.....

Firstly I would like to wish all my lovely followers a Very Happy and Peaceful New Year.

This is the first and last card I will post this month as I really need to take a month off  to enable me to  have a good clear out of my craft room.
I cannot do that and craft at the same time so apart from those essential cards I need to make I wont be crafting again until February BUT I will still be looking at your blog pages and commenting...
I have over 25 years worth of stamps, dies, papers, punches and lots of other crafting tools and essentials that I have collected,  but the time has come to sort through it all and scale down, I know we all buy things we like it gets put into cupboards and drawers but doesn't get used....     I am so quilty of that espeically DSP.......  apart from all the crafty stuff I also have fabric and wool...

The image above is a Hunkydory one ....

See in you in February....

Happy New Year, just getting back into blogging after a little Christmas break. Fab card. Good luck with the sorting. I do that regularly and sell things I no longer want.

Happy New Year to you too! A lovely card and cute cats.
Like Marianne I regularly declutter and sell some of my crafting stuff - I find if I have too much I get rather overwhelmed by it all!
Look forward to seeing more of your cards next month.

That’s a sweet card Anne. Good luck sorting out your craft room. I guess that we are all guilty of buying things and then not using them. My craft room is only small and it’s bursting at the seems. You do right to take a month off to get things sorted, otherwise you’ll be finding things you’d completely forgotten about and wanting to play with them. Take care and I’ll look forward to seeing you back with us in February. Happy New Year. Sandra x

It is good to have a clear out sometimes Anne and know what you mean about trying to craft whilst having a clear out which is extremely difficult because it always gets worse with stuff piled all over the place, before it finally gets sorted and put back tidily, so will look forward to seeing yur lovely cards again come February. Wishing you a very Happy New Year too. x

Everyone knows I am a fool for cats - love your card. Have a good clean out of your craft room Anne - it took me several months and I am still not finished but I have to admit - I was over whelmed with so much stuff.
Had a pretty bad fall about 2 weeks ago and broke my sacrum. The drs. say I am down and out for the next 3 months. It is painful to sit and the computer and I really can' sit at my craft desk either. Oh well - I love to crochet and I really love to read!!
A wonderful 2019 to you too sweet lady!

Your card is darling, Anne! I saw your comment on my blog and wondered what you meant and now I see! Good for you! I'm finally out from under my clean and purge and can visit folks again. I wish you good luck and a critical eye as you go through all that schtuff! I'm finally learning in my dotage that it's okay to have empty spaces rather than just put stuff back that you'll never use! Why did it take me this long, lol?!! Hugs, Darnell
