Firstly a belated Happy New Year to you all....
I managed to pick up a nasty chest infection over Christmas and I am still struggling to get rid of it hence no crafting but found a stamped image in my box and have managed to put together a card...the image is from SU Free as a bird..
Hoping I will have my mojo back at some point...

While sorting out my bits for my craft fair tomorrow I found a few images that hadn't been made up into cards this being one of them.. quick bit of colouring, some layering up and hey presto a small 4x4 Christmas card...
Can't remember who stamp this was but I know I don't have it anymore..

Another fractured Christmas card, this time I've used a little image I find in my box...I will put a name on it later.
I'm busy getting ready for my craft fair which is a week on Saturday, I only do one a year and its in our village Playgroup... I have also managed to just finish all my own 'special' Christmas cards and luckily I can hand deliver them all by hand apart from two...with the postage quite high now I think like a lot of people we've cut down...
Its a horrible wet and dark morning down here in Somerset but nice and cosy in my craft room..

Yesterday it was our Coffee and card morning and we made a card using the factured card technique..we stamped the background then added the red square then going clockwise around the red square added the strips of green card...instead of putting a sentiment on the white centre piece I decided to add a poinsettia that I had already had made up in my 'bit box'....so popped that in the centre then added the sentiment on the card.... I don't make 6 x 4 cards so I've layered it up on a 5 x 7 card...A great technique for using up patterned papers and it doesn't have to be Christmas DSP....hope you will give it a go its so easy..

Its been a rough 7 days having caught the dreaded Covid...8 days positive! Still feeling very tired.. needed to do something so put together this card... It was part of a kit I had bought a very very long time ago from The Hobby House... so just layered it up and added some embellishments.
This is a card I received a while ago and it was one I was definitely going to re-recycle....just mounted up and added the paw ribbon I had in my stash..We have cat lovers in our family so it will go to one of them....
I have a craft fair early next month so I really must get on and make a few more cards and.
Its certainly got colder the last couple of days and we have had our heating on in the evening...
