Penny Black challenge - Happy Valentines

Penny Black's challange this week is Happy Valentine so have used this lovely stamp called 'Cupful of Love'.
Decided not to do the usual red card as I can then also use this for my daughters wedding anniversary card.
Stamped and coloured the imge with chalks, then mouned up of oval Nestabilities, I also used the small Nestabilies to cut out the small heart.
The back paper comes Pizzaz Vintage book. Punched a border with Martha Stewart Dioley Lace punch then put into the hearts some 'waste' pint hearts that I have saved, crafters never throw anything away!
Leaf punch is a L-EM pone, SU window punch, roses are from Wild Orchid crafts, pearls and pin from The Hobby House. Ribbon from stash.

Penny Black challenge...

It's that time of week again the .Penny Black challange.
This weeks challenge is 'Something Sweet' so I have gone for the 'aahh' factor. The stamp is called seeing your face'....it's a very versatile stamp that I use for lots of different cards. The image has been coloured using pencils and chalks then cut out using oval Nesties.
Backing is SU designer paper, SU Eyelet border punch used on the bottom and I've added some small pearls. SU oval punches and the sentiment comes from the SU set 'Best Yet' which has some lovely saying in it.

Christmas Angel

Had a lovely day yesterday, my friend Janet and I did a small workshop at home with ladies from our Patchwork group and we were making Christmas cards, this is one of the cards we made.

The stamp is by Judikins, stamped and coloured with watercolour paints, silver Stickles glue has been used on her wings and halo. The Angel has been mounted on to Nestability circles and scallop circle then put onto a small paper doily. Three different Cuttlebug folders for the background, Cuttlebug flower die. Small papermania pearls used as embellishments.

Thanks for looking...Anne

Haven't had much time today for making cards as I've been looking after my Granddaughter but managed to complete this card.
The image is a Gibson Girl but can't remember where I bought if from as the stamp is unmounted.....

A little bit of pink!

Well had a play with my new Copic pens and they are certainly different from any other colouring medium I have used before, but I think a little bit of practice is need????
The stamp is Emily and she is from the Cuddly Buddly range but she looks as if she's been out in the sun for too long....lOl..lOl..... so think I need to concentrate on skin tones a bit more!
I wasn't going to post her but then decided 'what the heck'......hee...hee

Touch of Nature.....again

Another card from the Touch of Nature stamp set, really love this set there is so much you can do with it....mmm think I ought to try some pastel colours now!!

Touch of Nature

I've been playing with one of my new SU Stamp Sets 'Touch of Nature but only managed to get one simple card completed!
I've used SU card Chocolate Chip, certainly celery and Pretty in Pink. Stamped and bleached the flowers, after seeing Enda's article in Craft Stamper it reminded me that I hadn't used bleach for a long time.

Shrink Plastic

These are the shrink plastic sample cards that we are doing as one of our projects at the Crafty Bunch club meeting next Weds.

The girls have a choice of either doing the dragonfly, Daisy cat or the Daisy flower. They only have 1 hr to complete each project so we try to keep it nice and simple as it nice to take home a completed card. We hope by Wednesday the awful snow and ice will have gone!
