Lattice Lavinia..

Well I got side tracked again this morning....so many of these lattice card techniques around at the moment so I thought I'd have a play...
The first card was using Noof...this beautiful cat from Lavinia..
My second card was using Lupin....No sentiments on either of these cards but I do have two people in mind to send them to.
I've also made some floral cards using this technique will post them later in the week...

Thank for stopping by..

Rabbit With Love....

I haven't been in my craft room this week as we've been quite busy....
This little rabbit die by Alexadra Renke is so cute, he also comes with his own little stool which I haven't used on this card. I think he's quite a useful little die.
Still being good and using scraps of card and DSP I managed to make this little wreath card...

Fed up with the rain now and just wish we had more sunshine it feels to me like the winter has been a long one..

Enjoy rest of our weekend whatever you are up to..

Thanks for visiting I really appreciate it..

Coffee and Card....

It was our Coffee and card meeting on Saturday with the lovely Jill Lackford..as always we had a choice of stamp set to use and I chose this lovely little set called 'Petal Park'... the fold on the card is called a 'Book-binding' fold  which I thought was a bit different...I added a ribbon, a few little clear dots and my own pre printed sentiment....
Just hoping we don't get the dreaded snow they are talking about...we are normally quite lucky down here in Somerset so fingers crossed we miss it..

Enjoy your week

Playing in the Rain

I loved the sweet images from SU Playing in the rain DSP so decided I would buy the Class in the post stamp  from the very talented Jenny Moors... the cards I make are normally 6 x 6 or 5 x 7 so I used the elements from Jenny's class and added some of my own papers/card.....
Its always good to keep a few 'Get well' cards in your card stash, just added backing paper and a 5 x 7 card....

Thanks for stopping by.

Dachshund Christmas

I bet I'm not the only one who goes into the craftroom to make a certain card and ends up making something completely different.
I came in my craftroom to make a birthday card this morning, whilst going into a die box came across this little Daschund die which I bought a long time ago and had never used it so decided to do something with it...and here is a Christmas card... I'm afraid I can't tell you what brand the die is as it was just on a magnet sheet...  anyway one less Christmas card to make!

Its a beautiful day down here in Somerset, the sun is out and its quite pleasant outside..

Dainty Flowers & Napkins cards

Last Saturday it was a Coffee and card morning with the lovely Jill Lackford..we made this pretty screen card using SU dainty flowers DSP and some die die cuts, a punch was used on the bottom of the panels which gave a lovely effect.

Another Napkin card which I decoupaged the little birds and made it into a New Home Card...
Another Napkin card...loved the image and it again I could decoupage some of it...Using mod Podge on these cards give you a lovely texture..

Just as a matter of interest, I have found since the update of my Norton security there are 4 blogs that I visit regularly that I am now unable to access from my PC... I get a security alert saying 'Dangerous website'..thankfully 3 of them I can access from my iPad...has anyone else had problems I would be interested to know..
