Love Cats...

A quick Valentine card using one of the stamps from the SU Love Cats stamp set...papers are from an old paper pack... I've used some diamond glace on the little heart....

It's so nice to have the weather a little warmer and also to see the sunshine..

Paper Napkin cards

My lovely crafty friend Sharon presented me with a small carrier bag full of paper Napkins to play with....these are two that I have done and thought they would be good for men....  I just stuck the single layer of napkin onto some sticky back paper (which I bought very cheaply from that well known auction site) then painted a layer of Mod Podge over the top ...added the little die cut chair..

This napkin made a lovely card... I have decoupaged the glass in front and popped in onto pads which doesn't really show up that well in the photograph...

We still have snow on the lawns and on the hillside, out little Cul-de-Sac is like a skating rink..hopefully todays sunshine will melt it all away today.

Tea Boutique ....

I was lucky enough to win two prizes from the lovely Jenny Moors advent Christmas draw... one of the prizes was a lovely set of cards and envelopes called Tea Boutique...I've used two of the cards today, I found some flowers in my scrap box....one punched and one stamped... The matching envelopes for these cards are so pretty .... my other win was some gems which I assume is still in the postal system!  We've already received Christmas cards in the New Year!

Anniversary...

Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and New year...its all flown by so quickly..

My Mojo seems to be still on holiday but I did manage to put together this Anniversary card from dies I had in my 'bit box'...

No New Years resolutions really only that I need to use my crafting stash to make cards and not to buy any more stuff...  I am finding things that I didn't even realize I had which says to me I have far too much stash....

It's a beautiful day down here in Somerset and I saw lots of daffodils out in bloom when driving this morning....that always says to me Spring is on its way, all we have to do is do get through January and February first!

By the Fire....

Didn't realize that it had been so long since my last post...  still having to use drops in my eyes 4 times a day which doesn't make crafting very easy....

I found some pre coloured images which I have used to make a couple of Christmas cards (for next year) this being one of them, they were from LOTV...

This postal strike is playing havoc with deliveries isn't it.... thankfully all my ones for Christmas have arrived...some of my posted Christmas cards still haven't reached their destination and that was 10 days ago....

Hope you are all managing to keep warm...I all I can say it 'thank goodness for thermals"...

Foxy Christmas....

Yesterday I was supposed to be doing my yearly craft fair in our local village hall but unfortunately last week I was diagnosed with shingles so couldn't attend..  I had made up packs of Christmas cards to sell this being one of the packs.... The picture isn't good as its taken through cellophane...  just a simple little card using Card-io Holly Hideaway stamp set....

Need to start on my own Christmas cards now...doesn't seem like Christmas is only a month away now...
