Penny Black Challenge......week 149

Can't believe another week has gone by and we have another Penny Black challenge.
This weeks challenge is MILESTONES.   I've used my new 'Butterfly Suite' stamp and coloured it with copics and inks. Fir the background I have used the SU square lattice embossing folder on the backing paper which has given it a lovely texture and also embossed the black card and then used the SU border punch.
Not sure where it sentiment came from it was just in my 'bit box'

Penny Black challenge...

This weeks Penny Black challenge I thought might be about 'love' as the Royal Wedding is getting closer.
'Sqeeze til I squeek' is the stamp that I have used for this weeks challenge and can you spot the 'deliberate mistake'???  Yes the mice are sitting on a 'slope'..lOl..lOl  My die moved as I was cutting it BUT...it looks as if they are sitting on a hillside.....
I've coloured with both chalks and pencils on this image and then mounted them onto
nesties.  Backing paper is one of S.U...but it was just an odd peice in my box so dont know what its called.  I've used the SU lattice square embossing folder along the middle and punched the bottom using the Martha Stewart heart border punch.  Ek Success corner punch and Cuttblebug flower die also used.

Less is More.....

I've missed this lovely challenge for the past two weeks so made sure I did a card for this weeks Less is More challenge which is 'Off Centre'.
Once again I've used some of my Stampim Up stamps, the background stamp and the floral stamp is from S.U.  'Oh so Lovely Set' and the sentiment is from Whimsical words.
Image has been coloured with pencils.

Bah Humbug challenge.....

Bah Humbugs challenge this week is Santa Claus/Father Christmas.
The stamp I have used is by Hampton Art Stamps and is simply called 'Santa Claus'.  It's not an easy stamp to colour as it is quite dense but thought copics pens would be the best choice.
I managed to find a tiny holly punch so used that on his hat.
Backing paper is from Dovecraft Christmas Fancy paper pack. Sentiment is from LOTV and the letters used were from Sizzix Naturall Serif Alphabet strip.
Hope you are all enjoing this wonderful weather that we are still having.....

It's lovely to be back in my craft room after our brilliant week away but need to catch up on challenges etc...  Back to my card, this is one of LOTV lovely stamps coloured with copics. Backing paper is Called 'Twill Time' from Paper Adventure, the large flower I punched with the large EK Success flower punch then used my SU eyelet border punch to punch out the tip of the petals.
Hope you all have a great week end.....
