Crafty Bunch project......

We had our last Crafty Bunch meeting on Wednesday for this year  so we did a small project which was the Mars Bar snowmen... For a change the girls did a bit of sewing rather than card making.   The image I found on the internet...instead of buying felt I bought a Red throw from Tesco's (they come in other colours) as the throw was much softer to stitch than felt, we cut a piece 6" x 2" just stitched down the length turned it inside out popped it onto our covered Mar Bar, gathered up where we wanted to have the thread with the bells on, then cut down from the top to make the fringes on his hat...so simple and so quick.  You can do this with any size bar of chocolate, one of our ladies suggested putting onto a Wine bottle which was a clever idea.
After our little bit of sewing we then all tucked into some lovely Christmas food....

I wont be posting again now until Monday as we have 3 grandchildren staying tomorrow because we are off see the Pantomime in Yeovil, "OH YES WE ARE"....and afterwards we will take them out to eat before playing games tomorrow night...think we will need a rest Sunday evening after we have delivered them all back home...lOl...lOl..

Thanks for looking

Anne
