Yesterday was one of those days in the craft room that just went belly up! Made a thank you card didn't like it so threw it in the bin...managed to rescue the image and some of the DSP on the card.....made a card from the 'bits' but I ended up with a black 'blob' on my card which is underneath the top butterfly that's why it looks like its in an odd place...when sending things to our local charity shop I always send up a few cards so this one has gone in my Charity box....
This afternoon I think I will sit outside and do some crochet !!....

ReplyDeleteI think most of us get days loike that from time to time but you did well to rescue some of the bits and come up with this pretty card. Where would we be without a few butterflies!!!

ReplyDeleteWell Anne I think this is a really pretty card and the butterfly covering the dirty mark looks fine, just randomly placed and I love the beautiful coordinating flowers and paper and the green loopy edged mat and scallop border in the green are just perfect too. x

ReplyDeleteI think we all have days like you have described .. .. though I must admit my "un-happy" makes don't go straight in the bin. I just put them to one side because often when I look at them the following day they aren't as bad as I thought they were! LOL!!!
I love your finished card and think the butterflies are all well balanced. A great finished look!
