First Christmas cards.....

Yesterday my friend and I spent playing and one of the things we did was to make a Christmas card with the lovely Stampendous Snowy Scene stamp...

Keeping the cards very simple..   I used   S.U backing papers, stamped the image twice and cut out and 3D the middle and also 3D the holly...
The vintage look card hasn't photgrahed well as the backing papers are gold and brown....

Its really too hot to craft today but need to get on with next months samples for our craft club...

Hope the sun is shining where you are...

Anne

  13. Each of these is such a treasure. This is one beautiful postcard stamp and I love the way you've changed the look of it, using the different tones of color. There is a great video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wYMYvWtQCNk - which you might enjoy viewing. It's at Scrap Made Simple, and she uses this stamp with micro fine glitter. Great work on both these cards, and I love each one! TFS & Hugs

  29. Hi Anne! It's very hard to think of making Christmas cards when it's summertime and hot outside, but it's worth it to have some made before the mad rush ... which is approaching at hurricane speed this year! These two vintage postcard cards are fantastic!! Enjoy the weekend! Hugs, Darnell
