For the Snippets Playground challenge this week I have used the Penny Black 'Pin-stripe' stamp that I was lucky enough to win.
Stamped the flower onto a piece of script background then paper pieced the flowers and the leaves. Backing paper is I think an old SU DP.....corner dies are from La La Land..centre border is MFT Crochet border.... Martha Stewart butterfly...
Well we cant complain about the Bank Holiday weather down in here deepest Somerset...its been glorious....

ReplyDeleteLovely soft color combo. That script dp is wonderful for the paper pieced flower. Loved the extra touch of adding the red stamens. That is one pretty flower stamp, and the MFT crotcheted border is so lacy & delicate. TFS & Happy Mothers Day.
