Hollyhocks......




On Thursday had a lovely day crafting with my friend Margaret making special cards that she needed.

 Margaret very kindly bought over some of her new dies to show me and it would have been rude not to try them!   
 The circle die is one of Sue Wilsons, and the corner dies which are really pretty are from Tattered Lace.
Backing paper is from Papermania 'Summer Bloom pad' and I've used Penny Black 'Hollyhocks' stamp...

 I embellished my card with a Martha Stewart butterly and also some pretty pink ribbon which I tied into a double bow..

 The weather man says down in the South and South East the weather is looking good so hope he's right...

    This is so pretty Anne l used to have Hollyhocks in my garden they are a lovely flower your card is truly beautiful and the corner dies are stunning as are the other embellis xx

    Good morning from a warm & sunny Dalyan, Turkey and it's only just after 7am.
    I just love this stunning card, everything thing about it says "elegance". There are some stunning Hollyhocks in the gardens of the Hotel. Yours emulate them beautifully

    How many of them will you "need" do you think? LOL!!!

    Love these gorgeous corners and of course the circular die with the heart (I probably "need" that one now!). Sigh!!! I wish my crafty purse was bigger!!
