Double Dutch project

This was the other project we did at craft club a Double Dutch card.
Not easy to photograph but the card is made up of two bits of card the bottom piece being a small gatefold, and the top of the other piece of card is folded down the card is then closed by using ribbon or can be left open.
I've used the SU Young Vermillion stamp and SU papers on my bird card.

I used one of the 3D stickers from the Valentines sheet but made it into a Get Well card...papers also from 'Me to You' paper pack, and  have also used the SU tab punch so that I can put ribbon around the card to keep the gatefold closed.
My last sample to show you is the fabulous little Penny Black stamp and have used S.U. papers.... Sorry for the rubbish photos...
It's now time to make a start on next months projects....

Hope you are having a great weekend...

Anne

  9. This is fab Anne and I spent last night searching for a card I could adapt to include a gift envelope that was just a bit different - and this is just THE business as I think it would fit nicely behind the bottom flap! So thank you for sharing. xx

  19. Hi Anne. Three beautiful cards. I admire all your layering and mix of pretty designer papers (something I struggle with). I especially love the top card with the triple-time stamping. I haven't done that technique yet ... many of the cards I see using it are very busy for my CAS style, but I love how you've just got the background done with the technique and the main image is not layered - gorgeous!
