watercolouring...

I've not been around for a while as I've had a nasty throat and chest virus but thankfully now it seems to have gone after nearly 3 weeks.

For the last few says I've been playing around with stamping onto watercolour paper...the above card is from the SU set Forever blossoms my lovely friend Liz kindly let me use her stamp set.....

This stamp is a really old PSX stamp but I love it.. a lot of their stamps are ideal to water colouring...I will be doing water colouring with our craft club in April so I've done a few samples..

Its another very wet day in Somerset and the poor Spring flowers are really getting a battering in the wind....bring on the sunshine.

I wish I lived nearby so I could attend your class, Anne. Your watercoloring is divine and both cards are works of art! I thought your hibiscus was a printed topper!! I'm sending you some of my sunshine! Hugs, Darnell

Beautifully done Anne and love the prettily watercoloured flowers on both, and the coordinating papers on the first with the wonderful embossing, and more on the second, just gorgeous! So sorry to hear you have been poorly with a chest infection and hope that you are well on the mend now. x

Two stunning cards, Anne, the watercolouring is beautiful. Sounds like your April class is going to be lots of fun.
We've had a rainy day here too - I don't think it's stopped all day. It's been pretty windy too - roll on spring! xx
