Tattered Lace.....

Christmas just seemed to have flashed but we had a lovely time with all the grandchildren...seeing their faces as they open their presents was just lovely.

I've managed to pick up some kind of chesty bug so don't feel like doing much crafting at the moment but here's a card I started to make before Christmas and finished it off this morning....

Its a Tattered Lace die that came with the Tattered Lace magazine Issue No 13 and she is called Georgina...
I've Just kept it simple by adding paper from my stash, SU border embossing folder and a couple of corner dies.

Beautiful card! I love her hat and necklace.
My daughter and her family just left. Fun Christmas - Art and I are exhausted! I too have managed to catch some kind of bug. I let the kids have run of my craft room. They love working in the art journals I gave them. But oh my lord, you should see my craft room!
May we both get well soon!
Happy New Year Anne!

Anne, sure hope you shake this chest thing very quickly. I know how that kind of bug can sap your energy, and it takes time to get over it properly. You say you kept this 'simple', but OMGoodness, to me it looks anything but. Love that TL die, and with the color combo you selected, this one is very chic & sophisticated in look. Those gorgeous corners really compliment that stunning hat. A really lovely, lovely card. Feel better soon, Happy New Year, and TFS. Hugs too.
